Premium Nights and Weekends
All ACS plans include free unlimited night and weekend minutes from 9pm to 9am. Adding Premium Nights and Weekends to your Wireless plan extends your Nights and Weekends hours from 7pm-7am. If you make most of your calls during Nights and Weekends then ACS Premium Nights and Weekends are for you.

Mobile to Mobile Unlimited
Mobile to Mobile calling is included with every ACS wireless plan. With ACS Mobile to Mobile, you can talk to anyone on the ACS Wireless network without using your minutes. Mobile to Mobile includes all calls between ACS wireless customers while on the ACS network.

Unlimited Global Text
Text messaging, or SMS (Short Messaging Service), is a fast and easy way to stay in touch with friends and family across the state, country or even internationally. Just add "Unlimited Global Text", “The Works” or “The Works PLUS” to your ACS Wireless package and you can send and receive text messages to and from anyone, anywhere, anytime!

Unlimited Picture Messaging
Picture Messaging, or MMS messaging, allows you to send and receive picture, sound and video messages. Sending multimedia files is a great way to stay in touch with friends and family. Just add “The Works” or “The Works PLUS” to your ACS Wireless package and start taking and sending pictures. It’s easy to send picture messages. All you have to do is take a picture, shoot a video, or make a recording, and you can show it off instantaneously by sending it as a picture message. The picture, video or sound byte will show up on the recipient’s phone (if they have a picture phone and the right plan) or email.

AK FAV™
Choose your favorite 907 phone number and all calls placed within the ACS Network to that number will be free.

BREW™
Want the latest games, pictures, sounds, and ringtones? With BREW™, it couldn’t be easier. BREW is a special service offered by ACS that you can use to customize your phone straight from your phone, without any tangled cables or messy computer downloads. All you need to do to access BREW™ is add "The Works", or "The Works PLUS" to your Wireless package. Then look for BREW in your phone’s menu. All phones are different, but they all have a menu button to access your phones’ settings and features.

WAP
WAP is an application that allows you to gain access to the Internet from a Wireless Phone or PDA. A WAP browser provides all of the basic services of a computer-based web browser, but is simplified to operate within the restrictions of a Wireless phone. Now it’s even easier to browse the web from your ACS wireless phone with WAP 2.0. WAP 2.0 allows you to surf the web, view graphics, and visit your favorite websites. And you'll do it on Alaska's fastest wireless network! Just add “The Works” or “The Works PLUS” to your ACS Wireless package, and start surfing the web. Take a tour of WAP 2.0. Handset Insurance

As part of our commitment to providing worry-free service to our customers, ACS now offers Wireless Handset Insurance administered by N.E.W. Wireless and Insurance Services, LLC. and underwritten by a member company of Argonaut Group.

For just $4.99 a month, your wireless phone is protected in case of loss, theft, damage, mechanical or electrical failure outside the manufacturer's warranty. A non-refundable deductible is required for each approved claim.

How to Get It

ACS customers activating new equipment can enroll at the point of activation or within 14 days of equipment activation. (Handset Insurance is not available after 14 days of equipment activation.) If you have purchased an ACS Wireless phone within the last 14 days and would like to add Handset Insurance, call ACS at 800-808-8083.

How to Use It

If your phone is lost, stolen, damaged, or experiences mechanical/electrical failure outside the manufacturer's warranty, call N.E.W. at 866-360-8388 to file your insurance claim.

1. If your equipment is lost or stolen, call ACS Customer Service immediately at 800-808-8083 to suspend service.
2. If your phone is stolen, report the incident to the police department to obtain a police report and case number.
