Due to concerns we have with our technology partner, we feel we are not able to consistently deliver the high quality of goVocal service we require for our customers. On November 17, 2008 ACS will discontinue offering ACS goVocal Internet Phone Service and all accounts will be deactivated.

An email announcing the deactivation of this service was sent out to all current ACS goVocal customers.

The ACS goVocal Online Member Center is still active. Please make sure you retrieve any information you wish to keep from the Member Center prior to deactivating your account. Once your account has been deactivated, access to the Member Center, along with all features and capabilities (including 911 services), will no longer be available.
