ACS Web Access to Voicemail

Sign up for ACS Web Access to Voicemail for just $3 a month, and you can:

  • View and listen to all of the messages that are currently in your Voicemail box (landline or wireless). Maybe you don’t have time to listen to all of your messages, but you’re waiting for an important one. With ACS Web Access to Voicemail (formerly called ONEplace Online), you can see who each message is from and just listen to the one you need (messages are translated into .wav files). The message page auto-refreshes every five minutes, which means that you can see when a new message comes in almost immediately.
  • Forward your messages via email. Did you get a great message from Grandma that you want to share with the family? ACS Web Access to Voicemail allows you to forward it as an attachment via email.
  • Download messages to your hard drive or a disk. Voicemail space is limited, but with ACS Web Access to Voicemail, you can save as many messages for as long as you need by downloading them to your hard drive or a disk.
  • View, Forward and Archive Faxes. This option is available if you have an Advanced Voicemail account on your land line (available for $9 per month). It’s like having a virtual fax machine.
