Anonymous Call Rejection
Description	Allows customer to reject incoming calls from callers who have intentionally blocked all of the associated Caller ID information. Instead of reaching the called party, anonymous calls are routed to an announcement. Available with "Bundle" package.

Automatic Line
Description	Automatically dials a predetermined number when the receiver is off-hook. This provides a means for direct connection without dialing.

Call Forwarding
Description	Call Forwarding service allows you to transfer incoming calls to another telephone number in your local calling area. Available with "Bundle" package.

Call Forward Busy/No Answer
Description	Call Forward Busy and Call Forward No Answer lets you redirect all incoming calls to another telephone number or a voicemail system if your telephone number is busy (in use), or if the telephone goes unanswered. Available with "Bundle" package.
Monthly Cost	$4.45 for both features. These features are not sold separately.

Call Restriction
Description	Call Restriction from ACS stops unwanted phone charges. Available with "Bundle" package.

Call Waiting
Description	When you're on the line, Call Waiting service alerts you that another call is waiting. It permits you to hold your first call and answer the second. Available with "Bundle" package.

Caller ID

Courtesy Quick Connect
Description	The business or person receiving the call agrees to pay the connect quick charge. Directory Assistance announces to the caller that they can be connected at no charge, courtesy of the party receiving the call.

Data Enhancements

Description	Data Link is a line dedicated for faxing, surfing the internet, or telecommuting. It is a line with less interference and higher quality than a voice grade line. *Consumer service only.

Distinctive Ring
Description	Allows the customer to have up to three additional telephone numbers assigned to one dial tone. Each number when dialed will have a distinctive ring which allows the customer to determine which number is being called. Available with "Bundle" package.

Fixed Call Forward

Last Call Return
Description	Last Call Return dials the last person who called you; a helpful feature when you miss a call, or can't always break away from what you're doing to grab the phone. Available with "Bundle" package.

Quick Connect
Description	After giving you the number requested, an ACS operator can put your call through - eliminating the trouble of memorizing, then dialing the number or writing it down and redialing. Available with "Bundle" package.

Remote Call Forwarding
Description	Remote Call Forwarding provides for the automatic routing of incoming calls to any designated telephone number. The designated telephone number is programmed by ACS and service activation and de-activation can only be changed by ACS Customer Service.

Speed Calling
Description	Speed Calling allows you to place calls to a list of 30 frequently called numbers by dialing just a two-digit code. This includes direct-dialed long-distance. Available with "Bundle" package.
