FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: Why do I not see a payment that I made or adjustment that should be applied on my bill?
A: Payments and adjustment applied after the end of the billing period will be shown on your next bill.
Q: What should I expect on my first bill?
A: Your first bill will contain charges related to the setup of your service. This will include partial month charges (charges from the time you set up your service to the first billing period) as well as the first month charges in advance. You may also notice some one-time charges on your bill such as an activation charge if you make a phone change. Taxes and other user fees are typically a percentage of the billed amount and will fluctuate based on your bill total.
