High-Speed Internet . Local . Long Distance


Thank you for choosing ACS Local service. This detailed web page will walk you through all of the information included on your ACS bill.
1. Account Number and
Invoice Date

Your ACS account number and the date of your invoice.
2. Summary of Account Charges
The total amount for each billed category.
3. Balance Outstanding
Any remaining unpaid balance from prior months.
4. Total Amount Due
Current balance due to ACS. This may include a balance from the previous month(s) that is past due.
5. News You Can Use
ACS uses this section each month to communicate important information and/or product updates.
6. Automatic or Credit Card Payment Setup
ACS offers a convenient way for you to mail in a credit card payment or sign up for ACS auto-pay™.

7. Payment Detail
All payments and adjustments that occurred during the billing period.
If you have the High-Speed Internet Bundle you will see:

Bundled Services

Detail of services included in the High-Speed Internet Bundle and the goVocal™ Bundle if applicable. These will be full month charges only.
9. Additional Monthly Services
Any other services not included in the High-Speed Internet Bundle including prorated charges (partial month charges and credits) if applicable due to any changes you may have made to your account during the billing cycle.
