Customize your system with calling features from ACS

ACS offers Custom Calling Features to enhance your telephone service. These features add convenience and expanded services at reasonable rates. Some of the custom calling features offered by ACS include:

  • Caller ID – Allows you to see who’s calling you before you answer the phone.
  • Call Waiting – When you’re on the phone you’ll know if you get another call.
  • Caller ID on Call Waiting – See who’s calling you while you’re on the phone.
  • Call Forwarding – Send your calls to wherever you are (e.g., your cell phone, another telephone number).
  • 3-Way Calling – Talk to two locations at the same time (great for teleconferencing).
  • Intercom – Talk to anyone in your office or home through another telephone set.
  • Anonymous Call Rejection – No more unidentified callers.
  • Call Transfer - Hold and transfer incoming, outgoing, and intragroup calls.
  • Network Speed Calling - Place calls to a previously designated list of frequently dialed numbers by dialing a speed calling code, instead of dialing all digits of the desired number.
  • Meet-Me Conference - Establish a conference bridge. Conferees can be connected by dialing a directory number at a specified time.
  • Last Number Redial – Redial the last number called by depressing a single key rather than redialing the entire number.
  • Music on hold - Provides for an incoming call holding on a station to receive music from a source provided by ACS or have it customized for you.
